This is the exact same model and brand sold by healthcare facilities. I have found it works wonderfully. I highly recommend this for cpap users.
My local medical center charges $86 for this exact same thing (same brand and model!!!) of cpap hose. Even after my insurance pays for 1/2 I still pay $43. This is so much better and I don’t have to fight with my insurance company! The markup from the healthcare facilities is OUTRAGEOUS!!! I will buy this hose from here from now on. In fact, I’ve found all my cpap supplies including masks, filters, and humidifiers on here at super savings. Saving money & sleeping well make me very happy!!!
Shipped wrong item
As others have posted here, this vendor shipped the grey stiff tubing, not the white flexible performance tubing. Their initial email reply was terse, ending with “Check the label its made by Respironics.” The issue is not who manufactured it, but that it’s the non-performance tubing. They claim they are refunding my my money, but have not offered to replace with what they are supposed to be selling. The tube is good, but buy elsewhere – Amazon, don’t deal with this guy.
Deceitful (not as advertised)
January 11th update. Received (the correct) replacement tubing. The replacement tubing is REF 1032907, Respironics Performance Tubing, white. The person I talked to said they would ship the correct tubing when ordered in the future.

The tubing sent is the cheap, sub-standard, no-name, gray, not-so-flexible tubing. Yea. Sub standard. This is not as good as the tubing you would get with your Respironics (or other popular cpap) machine.
In the advertisement SP Medical calls this “Respironics Performance Tubing” which actually really is better tubing (lighter, better plastic, seals better, more flexible, etc, ad nausea). This tubing has the harder plastic, heavier, less flexible, don’t seal as well . . . yea. I know the difference.
I don’t appreciate the fraud and started the complaint process through Amazon. The last reviewer had it right except it’s not a mistake from the seller; its fraud.
