Effective but not natural.
I purchased this product because wanted a natural alternative to regular deodorant. The good news is that it works well. The bad news is that it isn’t natural at all; it contains a Triclosan, a synthetic wide spectrum biocide. Triclosan can degrade to dioxin and chloroform gas. I guess I still have to choose between stinky pits or a carcinogen-free house.

Arm & Hammer Essentials Deodorant is the best natural one I have ever used. It works so much better than Tom’s of Maine. I still smell as fresh at the end of the day as I did at the beginning……not so with the other. As long as this one is available, I won’t have to go back to using an antiperspirant.
Great product
This Deodorant smells great (not entirely unscented), works great, and does not cause underarm irritation. I used to buy it locally, but the local stores quit carrying it! I’ve searched for years for something that met these attributes and this is the best product I’ve found.
